Can I book HipPOPs for events like weddings or corporate gatherings?
YES! We have custom Wedding & Corporate Catering packages with multiple service options (from the HipPOPs POPtruck to our ultra-versatile indoor -OR- outdoor POPup Gelato Bar). Packages start at 50+ guests.
What’s the largest number of guests HipPOPs can serve?

We can SUCCESSFULLY serve up to 1,000 guests in 1 hour of service. With our service versatility, multiple POPtrucks and array of service options, we can get creative to serve large crowds.

What’s the minimum amount POPs you can cater?
50 POP minimum for the POPtruck or POPup Gelato Bar (Table Service) catering services.
- Great for ANY occasion: large or small, corporate or private! Don't worry, if you mis-calculate your guest count we can always serve more if needed.
30 POP minimum for Dropoff
- Ideal for routine office Dropoffs, remote party's or just making someone feel special

What is gelato? Gelato Vs. Ice Cream
Gelato is like the richer, smoother, and more flavorful version of ice cream!
Simply put, ice cream is made with heavy cream as its main ingredient, while gelato is made with skim milk. This means gelato has less fat, making it more flavorful (no fat get through, straight flavor!) & a refreshing treat that doesn’t leave you feeling sluggish. Not only is gelato healthier, but it also packs a bigger punch of flavor in every bite, making it a truly flavorful dessert experience.
What’s the difference between Gelato and Sorbet?
Gelato is a dairy-based dessert with a creamy texture.
Sorbet is a fruit-based dessert that is dairy-free, and more refreshing.
What sized do HipPOPs come in? What’s the difference between a HipPOPs POP and a HipPOPs babyPOP?
HipPOPs babyPOPs are a smaller version/ size of the traditional HipPOPs POP. Our babyPOPs are a more bite sized option aimed for kids (4 and under) and those who want to experience multiple flavors.
babyPOPs are roughly 1/3 the size of the regular-sized POPs and come in only 4 (best-selling) flavors : Oreo gelato, Vanila Bean gelato, Strawberry sorbet and a Mango sorbet.

Are your POPs made with natural ingredients?
YES! We have created a proprietary dairy base and pair that with only a handful of REAL and high-quality ingredients to use in every POP (REAL fruits, REAL Pistachios, REAL Vanilla Bean, the finest Amarena Cherries from Italy, etc… ).

What are the most popular flavors?
- Oreo gelato is our best seller; we use TONS of real Oreos, not a mixture of Vanilla.
- Vanilla Bean, only the best Vanilla Beans used (YES, they’re from Madagascar 😉)

How do you handle food allergies?
We are VERY diligent in not cross contaminating any of our ingredients. From our creamery production methods (separate machinery and supplies to produce POPs containing nuts/ dairy, ServeSafe protocols, and more…) to operating procedures (POPs that contain nuts are not placed next to non-nut POPs, setting up & storing nut toppings away from non-nut options, etc...).
We have eliminated peanuts from our toppings to accommodate the most severe allergy requests and added other premium options. We operate at over 100+ schools with severe nut allergies, gluten allergies, celiac and other allergy requests and have an outstanding track record!

Are your popsicles suitable for vegetarians/vegans?
Yes! All of our Sorbet POPs are dairy-free and vegan-friendly, our Signature Semi-Sweet Belgian Chocolate is dairy-free, and we have multiple dairy-free/ vegan-friendy TOPPINGs

Do you offer seasonal flavors?
YES! From Pecan Pumpkin Pie, to Salted Caramel Brulee to many other options depending on the season and how creative our Executive Pastry Chef is feeling.
How do you ensure the quality and freshness of your POPs?
We produce our POPs in small batches, daily. This, combined with the freshest ingredients we could find and us NOT using additive, preservatives and high-fructose corn syrup ensures all POPs bursting with flavor in every bite.
Do you cater to children's birthday parties?
YES! We offer multiple kid-friendly catering options that ca be customized to the exact time & guest count needed. POPtruck, POPup Gelatp Bar, we will make the kids POP with fun!

Are there any options for customers with nut allergies?
