YES! We offer multiple gelato and sorbets POPs that do not contain nuts, and even more premium TOPPING options that are nut-free. We are VERY diligent in not cross contaminating any of our ingredients. From our creamery production methods (separate machinery and supplies to produce POPs containing nuts, ServeSafe protocols, and more…) to daily operating procedures.

HipPOPs isn't just about dessert; it's about creating memorable moments through delicious, customizable desserts made with care and quality ingredients.
Gelato is the richer, smoother, and more flavorful version of ice cream!
Simply put, ice cream is made with heavy cream as its main ingredient, while gelato is made with skim milk. This means gelato has less fat, making it more flavorful (no fat to "lick" through, straight flavor!) & a refreshing treat that doesn’t leave you feeling sluggish. Not only is gelato healthier, but it also packs a bigger punch of flavor in every bite, making it a truly flavorful dessert experience.
Gelato is a dairy-based dessert with a creamy texture.
Sorbet is a fruit-based dessert that is dairy-free, and more refreshing.
HipPOPs babyPOPs are a smaller version/ size of the traditional HipPOPs POP. Our babyPOPs are a bite-sized option aimed for kids (4 and under) and those who want to experience multiple flavors.
HipPOPs babyPOPs are roughly 1/3 the size of the regular-sized POPs and come in only 4 (best-selling) flavors : Oreo gelato, Vanila Bean gelato, Strawberry sorbet and a Mango sorbet.

YES! We use a local dairy base supplier and pair that with a handful of REAL and high-quality ingredients used in every POP (REAL fruits, REAL Pistachios, REAL Vanilla Bean, the finest Amarena Cherries from Italy, etc…).

- Oreo gelato is our best seller! We use TONS of real Oreos, not a mixture of Vanilla and Oreo cookies.
- Vanilla Bean gelato, only the best Vanilla Beans used (YES, they’re from Madagascar 😉)
- Strawberry sorbet, PACKED with real Strawberries!
With our fun & unique 3-Step process, you can make ANY flavor your next favorite flavor/ combination!
We are VERY diligent in not cross contaminating any of our ingredients. From our creamery production methods (separate machinery and supplies to produce POPs containing nuts/ dairy, ServeSafe protocols, and more…) to standard operating procedures (POPs that contain nuts are not placed next to non-nut POPs, setting up & storing nut toppings away from non-nut options, etc...).
We have eliminated peanuts from our toppings to accommodate the most severe allergy requests and added other premium options. We operate at over 100+ schools with severe nut allergies, gluten allergies, celiac and other allergy requests and have an outstanding track record!

We produce our POPs in small batches, daily. This, combined with the freshest ingredients we could find and us NOT using additives, preservatives and high-fructose corn syrup ensures all POPs are bursting with flavor in every bite.
YES! We offer multiple kid-friendly catering options that can be customized to the exact time & guest count needed. POPtruck, POPup Gelato Bar, we will make the kids POP with fun!
